Founded by Leighton Newberry, Recruitment Ready provides classes, coaching, and mentoring for girls and their moms as they go through the sorority recruitment process.

The mission of Recruitment Ready is to build confidence and develop life skills in women across the country. Leighton currently serves as the CEO, travels for public speaking engagements, coaches young women one-on-one, and manages her amazing team (of all women).

When Leighton is not working you can find her hosting dinner parties, playing tennis and dreaming up her next business venture with her husband, who is a life coach by profession.
