Almost all* Pittypat's apparel is made-to-order by our lovely and talented seamstresses in South Carolina and Florida.

Your made-to-order Pittypat's garments take a minimum of 15 business days to cut, sew, and finish. While your lovely garment is being brought to life, please do not think we have forgotten you! The quiet means your Pittypat’s treasure is coming together. As soon as it is completed, you should receive notification letting you know it is on the way to its new home.

Once your garments are finished, all orders are shipped within two business days, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We ship via USPS and the estimated transit time is three to four business days.

Wholesale customers: your wholesale order will be ready to ship in approximately two weeks and will be shipped via FEDEX. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order.

All of our garments are made of 100% cotton. The lining is made of 55% cotton, 45% polyester.

All of our clothes are machine washable for your convenience.

Washing instructions: machine wash cold on gentle cycle, hang to dry, cool iron; or dry clean.

Of course! Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned (unless there is a manufacturer defect) and returned within 14 days of your purchase.
